It’s been a strange year, hasn’t it. I’ve done some watercolor, tooled around with more spiritually motivated drawings, and started writing a bit again. Well, I always write, but I should say rather that I’ve started working again on pieces that I actually intend to be read by others.
My first publication in a while came in this week, and I’m pleased to be included in The Trouvaille Review. The poem is called “Going Forth By Daylight” and you can find it here.
And since this is primarily a visual blog, here’s a painting that arose from a meditation on Path 12 of the Tree of Life, which corresponds to the Magician card in the traditional Tarot deck. I think I’m considering these studies, or just brief meditations; I’ve been creating them using plain geometer’s tools and traditional esoteric color correspondences. We’ll see where they lead.
